Short description:

The conference / PC training rooms in Essen can be rented for your own events, presentations and trainings with customized catering and technical services on a daily basis.

IT room facilities:

Modern computers / notebooks, strong light projector, whiteboard, flipchart, Air Condition, blackout curtains, laser printer, HighSpeed Internet: 50 Mbit/s download + 10 Mbit/s upload with static IP address + WLAN. Your own software can be installed on our systems.

Number of IT training rooms:

8 rooms with 4 to 24 workstations

Number of theory seminar rooms :

3 rooms with 3 to 12 possible seats
2 rooms with 24 possible seats
1 room with 50 possible seats

Specials:

Toilet for wheelchair users, cafeteria with outdoor seating, smoking area, 50 laptops for inhouse training, parking at the house

Variable renting periods

The PC- and seminar rooms can be rented monthly, hourly, daily, weekly, or according to your individual customer requirements. A lease on weekends is also possible on request

We are located in Essen, Technology Center (ETEC, main building H7) in the Kruppstr. 96, 45145 Essen

Parking:

Directly at the end of the ETEC Buildings you will find a visitor parking area with a barrier. Simply express your parking wish to the friendly receptionist via the intercom

Public Transport

Only 2 stops from Essen Central Station (about 5 minutes) away. Travel with the U 18 towards Mülheim or Wickenburg Street and use the exit at the subway station ETEC / Savignystraße. The subway station is located directly behind the seminar building. You can reach it via a small bridge and use the entrance at the backside of the building

Catering:

The catering is individually tailored to your needs.

As standard, we offer hot and cold drinks, biscuits and fruit, optionally with a warm lunch. Upon request we provide additional snacks, like crusty rolls with a variety of different toppings.
