Short description:

The conference / PC training rooms in Dortmund can be rented for your own conferences, presentations, seminars and training courses with customized catering and technical services on a daily basis. The training center is conveniently located at the A40 between Dortmund and Bochum near the AK Dortmund-West and is easily accessible via the A40, A42 and A45. Free parking is available in front of the house.

IT room facilities:

Modern computers, among others with 22 “LCD monitors / notebooks, light-intensive projectors, mobile pin board, presentation kit, whiteboard, flipchart, blackout curtains, laser printers, VDSL connection with max. 50 Mbit / s download + 10 Mbit / s upload, static IP routing, Internet connectivity, backbone with 1 Gbit, 100Mbit networking + WLAN. Your own software can be installed on our systems.

Number of IT training rooms:

7 rooms with 2 to 19 possible workstations

Number of theory or conference rooms :

4 rooms with 3 to 21possible seats

Specials:

The PC- and seminar rooms or conference rooms can be rented on a monthly, hourly, daily, weekly or individual basis. A lease on weekends is also possible on request. Big cafeteria (60 square meters), table football in the cafeteria area, covered smoking area, headsets are available, external blinds, fridge with cold soft drinks.

Location:

Between Dortmund and Bochum, in the immediate vicinity of the A40 at the exit Dortmund-Kley or on the Dortmund-West motorway junction.

Parking:

Free parking is available directly around the house

Catering:

The catering is individually tailored to your needs.

As standard, we offer hot and cold drinks, biscuits and fruit, optionally with a warm lunch. Upon request we provide additional snacks, like crusty rolls with a variety of different toppings.
